Jaw-Dropping TV Bargains at Forbes.com

My article on impressive, yet affordable HDTV bargains ran today at Forbes.com. This was a lot of fun to put together, and I think it’ll be helpful for people interested in getting a good deal this Christmas. It’s part of a series of articles I’m writing for the website. Up next is a look at mid-sized (23″ to 37″) HDTVs, and affordable digital cameras.

The projected price drops for HDTVs after Thanksgiving, particularly plasmas, are going to be a big shock. The New York Times says a 42-inch plasma could fall to as low as $600. That’s going to be a big tipping point for the average consumer.

Also, you’ll notice they included my middle name this time.
